Effective resistance between A and B is 150 KΩ.
The entire circuit can be divided into 3 parts :
Part-1: Square circuit at A
  R1 = ({[(200k // 200k) + 100k] // 200k} + 100k ) // 200k = 100KΩ
Part-2: 100 KΩ parallel with shorted wire
  R2 = 0Ω
Part-3: Triangle at B
 R3 =  [{75k // 75k // (50k+25k)} + (50k // 50k)] = 50KΩ
R(a-b) = R1 + R2 + R3 = 150KΩ
