x/2+2y/3=-1..(1)and x-y/3=3 ..(2) multiply equation (2)by 2. so (2)..2x-2y/3=6. Add(1)and(2)=>2x+x/2=5
=>5x/2=5=>x=2 and substitute x=12in equation(1). 2-y/3=3=>-1=y/3=>-1=y/3
=>y=-3.
=>5x/2=5=>x=2 and substitute x=12in equation(1). 2-y/3=3=>-1=y/3=>-1=y/3
=>y=-3.
