Understanding :
1) We know that

443 = 2* 442-441
447= 2* 446-445
451= 2*450-449

So,
Taking the Column transformation :
C(3) ----> C(3) -2C(2) + C(1)

This makes the third Column 0 .
Hence, determinant came out to be 0.
