1,2,4,7 are polynomial.
polynomial have powers in whole numbers,not negative and rational and irrational numbers.
1)
8 = 8 {x}^{0}
it is a polynomial.
2)
 \sqrt{3}  {x}^{2}  - 2x
here x has positive degree or powers,so it is a polynomial.
4)
 \frac{1}{5 {x}^{ - 2} }  + 5x + 7 \\  =  \frac{ {x}^{2} }{5}  + 5x + 7
so it is a valid polynomial.
7)
 \frac{1}{7}  {a}^{3}  -  \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3} }  {a}^{2}  + 4a - 7
all the powers of a are positive,so it is a valid polynomial.
remaining else does not follow the rules,so they are invalid
