your answer is in above attachment.

To solving this we used the following exponential concepts,

a^{m} \times a^{n} is equal to a^{m+n}

a^{-m} is equal to \frac{1}{a^{m}}.

 \frac{6.7 \times  {10}^{ - 11}  \times 6 \times  {10}^{24} \times 2 \times  {10}^{30}  }{  ({1.5 \times  {10}^{11} )}^{2}   }

 \frac{6.7 \times  {10}^{43} \times 6 \times 2 }{( {1.5 \times  {10}^{11}) }^{2} }

 \frac{6.7 \times 12 \times  {10}^{43} }{22.5 \times  {10}^{22} }

 \frac{6.7 \times 12 \times  {10}^{43 - 22} }{22.5 }

 3.5733 \times  {10}^{21}
