we know that the sum of all angles in a triangle are 180°.

A+B+C = 180

A+B = 180-C

now divide with 2 on both sides.

A+B = 90 - C/2

now add secant to both sides.

Sec(A+B) = Sec (90- C/2)

according to trigonometry

sec (90-tita) = cosec tita

so, Sec (A+B)/2 = Cosec C/2
