Numerator :

 = > 9 - 2\sqrt{3}x - x^2

 = > -(x^2 + 2\sqrt{3}x - 9)

 = > -(x^2 + 3\sqrt{3}x - \sqrt{3}x - 3\sqrt{3} * \sqrt{3} )

 = > -(x(x + 3\sqrt{3}) - \sqrt{3}(x + 3\sqrt{3}))

 = > -(x - \sqrt{3})(x + 3\sqrt{3})

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now,

Denominator = 3 - x^2.

 = > (\sqrt{3} - x)(\sqrt{3} + x)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now,

 = > \frac{9 - 2\sqrt{3}x^2 - x^2}{3 - x^2}  = \frac{-(x - \sqrt{3})(x + 3\sqrt{3})}{(\sqrt{3} - x)(\sqrt{3} + x)}

 = > \frac{(\sqrt{3} - x)(x + 3\sqrt{3})}{(\sqrt{3} - x)(\sqrt{3} + x)}

 = > \frac{x + 3\sqrt{3}}{\sqrt{3} + x}

Hope this helps!
