plz someone tell me this answer . I know the answer is osmosis but I need well explanation about concentration.

here is your answer

when salt is added to the vegetables,then the concentration increases(the solution becomes hypertonic).thus,the vegetables releases water(exosmosis).

cytoplasm: if you add salt on outside the vegetables then its outer concentration must be high . and osmosis takes place from high to low concentration . then the material should move to outer surface to inner of vegetables . But , it is moving from vegetables to outer . why ?
Anonymous: the concentration of solute increases but concentration of solvent deceases
