An economy always produces on but not in PPC this statement is defute by us...means it is a wrong statement.....
REASON----- We can see that every economy can't achieved it's potential output always it gets the actual output means when resources are not fully and effectively utilized then the actual output an Economy must lies inside or in the PPC not on it.......
