Plz tell me about sin, cos, tan and more other angles. What is the use of these? What is the definition of these? These are imaginary or really exist? Can we use sin on the place of tan vice- versa? Please explain it in easy language. The definition of these things on internet is very difficult, make it easy. Because Einstein said " if we can't explain anything in a easy way then we know nothing. I hope a genius would help me.

Lets take the above triangle ABC

1. Sin theta= perpendicular/height
Cosec theta= height/perpendicular (converse)

2. Cos theta= base/ height
Sec theta= height/base (converse)

3. Tan theta= perpendicular/base
Cot theta = base/perpendicular (converse)

 {h}^{2} =  {p}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  \\  {p }^{2} =  {h}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  \\  {b}^{2}  =  {h}^{2}  -  {p}^{2}

Hope this helps!

sin = opposite side/hypotenuse
cos = adjacent side/hypotenuse
tan = sin/cos = opposite side/hypotenuse
cot = 1/tan = adjacent side/opposite side
cosec = 1/sin = hypotenuse/opposite side
sec = 1/cos = hypotenuse/adjacent side
