those are probably two diff. telescopes designed by nasa to detect the high speed photons ( packets of energy) ,it says that both the two telescopes detected the two photons that has distinctively higher speed than others..

now, those two photons may have been ejected out due to the explosion of a neutron star .. so basically a neutron star is a stage of bigger stars like our sun , which is very small though highly dense (1 spoon of neutron star can be as heavy as mount everest ) ...so when it explodes it releases a tremendous amt. of energy which gives photon a very high velocity ...

and, the other theories said that the space time is
