sst is mainly considered as a hard subject because we can only learn about this.
i think u shoul read all the chapter or if u r unable to understand by reading the chapter u should take help by some u tube channels i also use this method to learn sst.
science is also same as this but for this u should also memorising everyday what u have learnt.
