First tell me its first observation and zero error
No of event also
But by taking example we see that
If it has no zero error then we divede the first unit with no of cuts between zero and that first unit
Ex-5/10 means 5 is first observation and 10 cuts between zero and 5 hence least count is 0.2
If there is zero error then it depends on how much errors there

ayushSharma111: but u have to mark it brainlist
AryaRathode: depends upon the type of ur answer...
ayushSharma111: okay
ayushSharma111: now Mark it
AryaRathode: I think the first observation is not taken into consideration...only total total no of division.
ayushSharma111: ya but we should start from first it act us easy in calculations
AryaRathode: really? r u sure bout it?
ayushSharma111: yaa
ayushSharma111: or u can check in book
AryaRathode: ohk

If it is given from 0-3 there are 9 divisons , then divide 9/3 do we will get 3 . This is the method to find the least count
