physical properties of metals are:
1) they are lustrous i.e. they are shiny
2) they are really good conductors of heat and electricity
3)high melting point: due to strong intermolecular forces of attraction their melting point is high
4)they are malleable i.e. sheets can be made from metals
5) they are ductile i.e. can be easily drawn into thin sheets
6)they are solid at room temperature expect mercury
7)they are opaque i.e. not transparent
hope it helped you !!

..... Physical properties....

1. Physical state-
Generally metals are solid at ordinary temperature (except Hg, Cs, Ga, Ar in liquid state).

2. Malleability -
Metals when beaten or hammered can be change into thin sheet this property of metal called malleability. Generally metals are malleable.

3. Ductility-
Metal can be drawn into thin wire. This property is known as ductility. Ductility of different metals are different.

4. Conductivity -
Metals are good conductor of heat nd electricity.

5. Metallic lustre -
Metals have shiny surface. This property called metallic lustre.

6. Sonorous -
When metal are struck with rigid object they produce a characteristic sound for this reason, musical instruments like sitar, guitar have a metal wire nd produce sound.

7. Melting nd boiling point -
Metals have high melting nd boiling point
