128 = 2^7

2^x + y = 2^7

x + y = 7 ----------------> (1)

16 = 4^2

4^x - y = 4^2

x - y = 2 ----------------> (2)

Adding 1 and 2,

x + y + x - y = 7 + 2

2x = 9 x = 4.5

y = 2.5

x/y = 4.5/2.5

     = 45/25

x / y = 9 / 5
