here OE = OP because diagonal of Parallelogram bisect each other

so PE = 8cm

here it is given that HL = PE +5

HL= 8+5 =13cm

here O is the mid point of HL,

SO, HO = ½HL

HO = ½ × 13

HO = 6.5cm
