i. A will not be admitted in the partnership firm because, in absence of a partnership deed, a new partner will only be admitted if all the existing partners agree for the new partner to be admitted.

But, since M objects the admission of A in the firm, A can't be admitted in the firm.

ii. Intt. on loan will be provided to M @ 6% pa because in case of absence of a partnership deed, intt. on loan by partner to firm is to be provided @6% pa according to the Indian Partnership Act, 1932.
