Hey friend,
Here is the answer:
 \sqrt{5}  +  \sqrt{5}  -  \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{3}  -  \sqrt{2}  -  \sqrt{2}  \\  \\  = 2 \sqrt{5}  - 2 \sqrt{2}  \\  \\  = 2( \sqrt{5}  -  \sqrt{2} )
