from the above graph,
1) initial velocity of car = 10 km /b

2) maximum speed attained by the car is 30 km / h

3) line BC shows the zero acceleration because the speed of car doesn't changing with time.

4) line CD shows the retardation or the negative acceleration because the speed of the car is going on decreasing.

5)
©[{distance covered in first 3 hours.}]©
acceleration= 30 - 10 /3= 20 / 3
initial velocity = 10 km / h
final velocity = 30 km / h

using third equation of uniformly accelerated motion.
we have,
 {v}^{2}  =  {u}^{2}  + 2as \\  {(30)}^{2}  =  {(10)}^{2}  + 2 \times  \frac{20}{3}  \times s \\ 900 = 100 +  \frac{40}{3} s \\  \frac{40}{3} s = 800 \\ s = 800 \times  \frac{3}{40}  \\ s = 60 \: kilometres
distance covered from 3 to 8 hours
8 hours - 3 hours = 5 hours

So, the distance covered in next 5 hours.
distance = speed X time
distance = 30 x 5
distance = 150 kilometres.

Total distance covered = 150 + 60
thus, Total distance covered will be 210 km.
