Here is your answer.

Climate is defined for a very very large area. But Weather is defined for a much smaller place like a city, state.

Climate is the state of atmosphere for a very long time (like 1 year,1 decade etc.). But Weather is defined for short time only (like days, hours, instants, etc.)

Weather may take hours to change. But climate takes years to change

climate is the atmospheric condition of a place for a long time period special years.
example : India has hot summers and dry winters.

weather:

Weather is what conditions of the atmosphere are over a short period of time.
example:today is a sunny day but yesterday was a cloudy one.
