Hi
In Yugoslavia Political competition along religious ending ethnic lines lead to disintegration of the country
In Northern Ireland, if you are catholic that you tend to be poor. This lead to fight between Protestants and catholics.
In Netherlands, If you are catholic or protestant , then you may be poor. So there was no fight here
Hope this helps you

In Yugoslavia, due to ethnic conflicts, it was disintegrated into six independent countries.
In Northern Ireland, the Catholics were comparatively poor than the Protestants. Catholics were represented by the nationalists who wanted Northern Ireland to join with the Republic of Ireland which is a predominantly a Catholic country. Whereas Protestants were represented by unionists who wanted to remain with UK which was a predominantly Protestant country. Wars were going on in the country. Later these groups went into a peace treaty and lived peacefully.
In Netherlands, there was no such conflicts as there were Catholics and Protestants which may be rich or poor.
Hope this helps:)
