plz tell me whether the decomposition of CaCO3 a redox reaction or not

No dear CaCO3 decomposition is not a decomposition reaction.
as u can see calcium on left side has oxidation state of +2 as it is alkaline earth metal amd on right side also calcium has oxidation state +2. so neither oxidation nor reduction took place in case of calcium
if we take the case carbon . carbon has oxidation state of +4 on left side and on right side also it is +4. so no change
if we take example of oxygen its has oxidation saye -2 on left side and -2 on right side . so no change
as neither oxidation nor reduction took place so it is not a redox reaction
