Given :

Perimeter of the similar triangle ∆ABC and ∆PQR

are 35cm and 45cm

To find :

Ratio of the area of two triangle

Solution :

\sf \large\frac{Perimeter\:of\: triangle\:PQR}{Perimeter\:of\:triangle\:ABC}=\frac{45}{35}=\frac{9}{7}

According to area theorem

\sf \large\frac{Area\:of\: triangle\:PQR}{Area\:of\: triangle\:ABC}=\frac{(9)^2}{(7)^2}=\frac{81}{49}
