angle ACB = DCE = 35 ( sum of all angles in triangle is 180)
then angle CDE = 30

In ΔABC
∠A+∠B+∠C=180° [Sum of measure angle of Δ]
75+70+∠C=180°
         ∠C    =180-145
       ∠C      =35°
     
  ∠ACB =∠DCE=35°  [Vertically opposite]
 
 In Δ DCE
   
    ∠E+∠DCE+∠CDE=180° [Sum of measure angle of Δ]
    115°+35°+∠CDE=180°
                 ∠CDE=180-150
                 ∠CDE=30°
