plz tell why V is taken in these type of questions ........plz

Because Volume starts with 'V' so it is more easy to understand.

Ayushpratapsingh2210: Because we need to know the amount of water in the pipes and pool

harsh543210: for this we can use formulas as pipe is cylinder we can use pi r square h and for pool we can use lbh ....so why they have taken like V/x or V/x-5 etc.
