The line of intersection of the planes will be perpendicular to both the normal vectors of the planes P1 and P2.

so it will be the vector product of the normals of the planes.

equation of plane passing through a point and perpendicular to a line is (r - a).N = 0

Now just put the line equation in the place of r
to get the value of 'u'

once you get the value of 'u'

put it in the line equation to get the point.
