I had an incident with a my baggage in security. They were not letting me through because I had an overweight bag and not enough money on hand to pay the $50 fine accompanying it. I had asked other people around me if they would be so kind as to contribute but they did not. Thus, I missed my flight and I was inconvenienced by this situation. It would be extremely helpful if the airline were to give me a refund on my ticket or just give me credit to my account with the airline.
