1) a formula is the expression which tells the computer the right way to solve any mathematical problem
2) Functions are predefined formulas and are already available in Excel. For example, cell A3 below contains a formula which adds the value of cell A2 to the value of cell A1.
3) **For minimum:-- =min(range of the data)
**For maximum:-- =max(range of the data)
4) The autosum feature in ms excel allows you to calculate the sum of the selected range of data in an easy way.
