for check whether the points lie on the line we have to put the values of x and y in equation and if LHS =RHS then the point will lie on line otherwise not.

2x-3y+1=0
2x-3y = -1

substitute point (7,5) in equation

2(7)-3(5)=-1
-1 = -1

LHS = RHS
so the point will lie on line
