let the no. be x
if the other no. is 2/5times x then it becomes 2/5x
their sum is 20
ACCORDING TO THE QUESTION
x+2/5x=20
x+2x = 20×5
3x =100
x = 100/3
x= 33 .33
it is the no. 33.33
