==>$- 4(2x - 1) < 30 - 30$

==>$- 4(2x - 1) < 0$

Now, multiply negative sign on both sides.

But, if you multiply negative on both sides, the < sign changes to > sign.

==>$Now$

==>$4(2x - 1) > 0$

==>$2x - 1 > 0$

==>$2x > 1$

==>$x > \frac{1}{2}$

Hence, the value of x is 1/2.
