Since you're talking about the incircle, we use:->
--> The tangents to a circle from a point are equal..
Hence, here :->
--> AP = AQ;
--> BQ = BR
--> CR = CP
==> Perimeter of ABC = 2 [ AP + BQ + CR ]
==> = 2 [ 4.2 + 5.4 + 3.5 ] = 2*13.1 = 26.2
Hence, Perimeter of ABC = 26.2 <-- Result
