a) The marble will continue to travel from AB to BC to CD due to inertia as the surfaces are smooth, and return back towards A again to trace the path.

b) If the angle of inclination decreases marble will not move forward towards the surface CD due to acceleration due to gravity.

c) If the CD plane is reduced to zero, the marble goes out of the three surfaces.
