At the end of pollen tube the two nuclei are ovary and ovum. At the end of pollen tube there are two nuclei called tube nucleus and generative nucleus. Out of these two nuclei, one of them is produced when the pollen grain that is in the haploid nucleus is divided with the help of mitosis
