→We know that direction of electric field is from high potential to low potential . So , the direction of electric field will be from B to A .

→ to reach A it must have some initial kinetic energy .

Here u go ....

we'll apply here energy conservation....

∆K = ∆V

K(f) - K(i) = -3eV -(-7eV)

K(f) - K(i) = 4eV

K(i) = 4eV + K(f)

This shows to reach A it must have KE more than or equal to 4eV at B.
