Here is your answer :-
x^3 - 3x^2 - 4x + 12
= x^2 ( x - 3 ) - 4 ( x - 3 )
= ( x - 3 )( x^2 - 4 )
= ( x - 3 ) [ ( X )^2 - ( 2 )^2 ]
= ( x - 3 )( x - 2 )( x + 2 )
So the zeroes of the given polynomials are 3 , - 2 & 2 .
