 \frac{x}{3}  +  \frac{5}{2}  =  \frac{ - 3}{2}  \\  \frac{2x + 15}{6}  =  \frac{ - 3}{2}  \\  = 2 (2 x+ 15) \:  = 6 \times ( - 3) \\  = 4 x+ 30 =  - 18   \\  4x =  - 18 - 30 \:  \\ 4x =  - 48 \\ x =   \frac{ - 48}{4}  \\ x =  - 12
