(3^2n×3^2×3^n-3^3n)/3^3m×8

3^2n+2+n -3^3n÷3^3m×8
3^3n+2 -3^3n÷3^3m×8
3^3n(9-1)÷3^3m ×8. taking 3^3n common
3^3n÷3^3m
3^3(n-m)=1/27
we know 1/27 is 1÷3^3
therefore n-m =-1
so m-n=1
hence proved
