Answer:

★ it is because the magnetic field lines are crowded near the ends of the solenoid thus when they from inside the magnet they appear diverging and when seen in the direction towards the pole then it appears converging.

★ this because the solenoid has similar properties as a bar magnet and hence like a magnet when it kept freely it rests along the direction of north-south.

★ it is because if a fuse of higher rating is kept then high rate of current would damage the appliance and if lesser rating fuse is kept then sufficient current will not reach the appliciance thus would not be operated properly.
