Here It is Given:

The Circles Are Equal.
i.e. their Radii are of the same Length...

Also the Line AD passess through the mid Point M of OO'

Now Join OA and O'D

We get Two Triangles OAM and O'DM
now,
OA=O'D( Equal Radii)
OM=O'M( As M is the Midpoint of OO')
angle OMA=angle O'MD( Vertically Opposite Angles)

So Traingle OMA and Triangle O'MD are Congruent...
Hence By CPCT, We have

AM=MD →(1)

Now...

Join OB and O'C
We get ∆OMB and ∆O'MC,
Angle OMB=angle O'MC(Vertically opposite angles)
OB=O'C(Equal Radii)
And OM=O'M( M is the midpoint)
So ∆OMB congruent ∆O'MC
By CPCT,we get,

BM=CM →(2)

Substracting (2) from (1):we get,
AM-BM=MD-CM

=>AB=CD

Hence Proved...

Hope it Helps...
