As we have to make six digit no. ,so it can be made in = 5*5*4*3*2*1 = 600 ways
Here at first place excluding 0 we have five numbers so we can first place in five different ways, after that excluding first place digit we still have five digits as now we can include 0 also, so it can be filled in five different ways also after that in 4 ways then 3ways then in 2ways and lastly only one way we can fill digits. So 600 nos. can be made without repetition using 0,1,2,3,4,5.
Now 2nd question as we can see in 1 to 100
there are 50 even and 50 odd nos.
So in this case 300 nos. are even and 300 nos. are odd.

Hey but I still cannot understand why after 5! we multiply another 5 with it

As in first place we have 5 digits excluding 0 ,so digits we have to fill place 1 is 1,2,3,4,5 and then in 2nd place as we include 0 also we have digits to fill place2 are 0,excluding 1st palce digit other 4 digits are also available so it totals 5 dogits that can be placed at 2nd position
