1. because in these isotopes only the number of neutron is different but the number of electron is same so its isotopes have similar properties.

2. because the neutrility of an atom depend on number of electron and proton . this happens becoz only electron and proton ha charge . There is no charge on neutron and in these isotopes number of electron and proton are equal there is no charge on neutron so its presence not effect neutrility

So it is neutral
