Hii dear here is your answer.....

◆Fi means frequency of given table and xi means class marks which you can find by using formula upper limit+ lower limit/2

and by multiplying both you will get £fixi

I am telling you according to principal stresses in strength of Material.

Step-by-step explanation:

According to principal stresses concept, the sigma fi  (б) is the normal stress in one direction perpendicular to the surface area of the free body in diagram.

And same, sigma y (б) is also the normal stress in compression or in tension  and is perpendicular to the surface area and to the sigma fi.

There is also Tao which is shear stress (τ) is used to show the direction of shear stress in free body diagram. It is at some plane and is inclined to the body.
