plzz anyone tell me this answer starting form her house,Nita walks 160m north and then 630m West to reach a friend's house. on her way back, she walks diagonally until she reaches her own house. what distance did she walks while coming back?

Use the pythagorean theorem

hypotenuse ²=altitude ²+ base ²

distance she walked while coming back ²=north ²+West ²

                                                                 x²   =160m²+630m²

                                                                 x²= 25600+396,900

                                                                x²= 422,500

                                                                x=650m

∴Nita walked 650m diagonally
