subtract equation (2)from (3)

x-3y-3=0
3x-9y-2=0
a1/a2 = 1/3
b1/b2 = -3/-9 = 1/3
c1/c2 = -3/-2
so here the lines are parallel to each other. therefore they will not have infinite solution so we cant find any solution for this question
