 \frac{ - 15}{14}  \div   \frac{ 7 }{ - 3}  =  \frac{5}{2}

 \rm given : - \: \frac{ - 15}{14} \div .... = \frac{5}{2} \\ \\ \rm let \: the \: missing \: x \\ \\ \rm \therefore \: x = \frac{5}{2} \times \frac{-14}{15} \\ \\ \rm = > x = \frac{-7}{3}

hence, the missing value is -7/3.
