1 mole of a gas contains 6.02 x 10²³ molecules of it.

Also, 1 mole of a gas occupies 22,400 cc at STP

Now, 2.24 x 10⁴ cc of volume is occupied by 1 mole

so, 1.12 x 10⁻⁷ cc of volume is occupied by 5 x 10⁻¹² moles

we know,

1mole of gas contains 6.02 x 10²³ molecules

5 x 10⁻¹² moles of gas hence contains 5 x 10⁻¹² x (6.02 x 10²³) molecules

→ 30.1 x 10¹¹ molecules

3.01 x 10¹² molecules of gas

Thus 1.12 x 10⁻⁷ cc of volume is occupied by 3.01 x 10¹² molecules of gas.

hope it helps!
