The speaker says that though he can't see God and god doesn't respond to his questions , he knows that god is always near him and will always be a supporting hand to him . He says that god can see him as clearly in the night as he sees him in the day . He says that god doesn't require any kind of light to find him because god is always near and around him . He says that even though god doesn't give any signs like a thought , a word or even a sound , to indicate that he has heard what you said , he is sure that god has heard him because according to the speaker - " GOD IS EVERYWHERE " .
