Answer:

1 ) total resistance is 4+(3×6/6+3)= 4+2=6( because3 ohm and 6 ohm in parallel and whole series with 4ohm)

current=V/R=12/6= 2A

3x=6×(2-x)(here x is current through 3ohm resistance,) x=1.33

2) total resistance *=4+6+10 =20 ( because all are series )

current = V/R= 5/20 =0.25A

voltage across 4 ohm is IR = 0.25×4= 1 Vas same process voltage across 6 ohm= 6× 0.25=1.5V 10ohm is 10× 0.25= 2.5V
