Step-by-step explanation:

Here,

AB = cliff = 100

ABCD is a rectangle . So AB = CD and BC = AD

All angles are right angles

In triagle ABC ,

tan60 = p/b

 \sqrt{3}  = 100 \div x

x = 100 \div  \sqrt{3}

x = 100 \sqrt{3}  \div 3

In right angle triangle ADE

tan30 = p/b

1 \div  \sqrt{3}  = y \div (100 \sqrt{3}  \div 3)

y = 33.33 m

Therefore , height of tower = 100 + 33.33 =133.33 m.
